Gosset Grand Rose 750 MlL
Gosset insist on only using the juice from the first pressing of their grapes and primary fermentation takes place in small oak barrels. Disgorgement and riddling are still done manually. Gosset set themselves apart from the majority of other Champagne houses by disallowing any malolactic fermentation to take place.
This results in a higher acidity in the Champagne and a much slower maturing rate. When producing their Grand Rose; Gosset add only the finest Reserve wines from their cellars.
